At JSML Global these are not just corporate buzz words that are only heard at an employee induction. They’re our guiding principles and we keep them at the forefront of everything we do.
We are proud to say that the workplace wellbeing charter has affirmed that we live our values as they relate to our team. JSML Global has been accredited by the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, the national accreditation standard that recognises an organisation’s commitment to improving the lives of those who work there. We received this accreditation on 26th May 2018, following an extensive process of site visits, evidence gathering, staff interviews and final assessment.
At JSML Global, we believe our team is our greatest asset, and this accreditation demonstrates our commitment to creating a culture that values health and wellbeing. As part of this accreditation, we were assessed against a set of eight topic areas which ranged from leadership absence management to physical activity and healthy eating. We’re proud to say that we are leading a healthy and happy team.
For us, being ethical doesn’t just mean being good to our customers and our team. We also want to be good to our community and the planet. That is why one of our primary goals is to get green by reducing our carbon footprint, improving our recycling programme and switching to biodegradable shipping materials. We are also forming links with charities that serve our community – please get in touch if you would like to work together!
